Pet's PlayHouse on Ponce offers an alternative to traditional boarding that goes beyond fulfilling a dog’s basic needs. We have spacious dens for eating and sleeping, which includes a state of the art heating and cooling system that constantly brings in fresh outdoor air.
Our nightly turn down service includes a freshly cleaned and filled stainless steel water bowl, with their own special toys and treats arranged on their bedding that was freshly washed during the day.
Our goal is to make your pet extremely comfortable adding homey touches and allowing them as much fun free time as possible without wearing them down.
Food: It is best to keep your dog on their own diet to avoid any strain on their digestive system. We will feed based on your instructions whether it is a chilled or heated meal. If there needs to be any additions to their food, jut let us know.
Bedding: We welcome any blankets or bedding you may WANT TO BRING from home to make the transition for your pup as easy as possible. If your dog has a tendency to chew up and ingest bedding, you may want to try a raised platform bed or skip the bedding altogether.
Toys: To create an environment filled with comfort, we encourage you to bring toys from home. Nothing says home like your pups favorite toy.
Treats: Like chocolates on your pillow at a fine hotel, we take the liberty of leaving treats on YOUR PET'S PILLOW at night, or whenever you REQUEST.
Medication: Our highly trained staff has the capability of administering any medication on any type of schedule while your pet is in our care. Be sure to TELL US OF any allergies your pet may have to make sure proper precautions are taken.
